Welcome to Traveling with Grace

I'm Anna Grace! I believe humans are multi-faceted, and I want this website to reflect that. I love to travel and have learned so much along the way that I want to share with y'all. I'm also a nurse and want to help others in healthcare cope with the crazy things we see. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and soaking up as much knowledge as I can. My goal with this site is to share travel tips as well as pieces of my life. Welcome!

Recently, my friend and I took a trip to Estes Park after he got done taking the bar. Leaving right after work and driving through the night, we made it in great time. We only spent a few days there, but the weather and views were absolutely worth it!

We stayed at the cutest lodge with amazing views of the mountains and lake. It was just out of town and in the perfect location to get places without being in the center of everything.

We spent 2 days hiking in the Rockies, and it was absolutely glorious (even though I was dying half of the time from the acclimation). Of course, we had to hike to Mills Lake, which had some amazing views. My girlfriend and I also walked across a frozen lake... I tried to get fancy acting like I was ice skating and fell. Don't worry, I didn't fall through the ice! Just took a tumble.

Estes Park is also known for elk walking through the city. We were lucky enough to find them hanging out at the park!

10/10 would recommend visiting at any point in the year! Just remember to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen!
