Let’s Catch Up!

It’s been a few months since our last chat, so I figured it would be the perfect time to catch up. To start, we are now living in an apartment, although Big Betty is still very much a part of our lives. We decided that full time van life just wasn’t the right fit for us. At least, not right now. We absolutely still have plans to travel, but we have some other goals that are taking priority right now.

Speaking of travel, we just got back from a trip to Las Vegas. We were able to learn SO much about some of the history of Vegas through the signs as well as get an up close and personal look at the night life scene. Don’t worry, we didn’t spend our whole time in the city. We ventured out to hike Valley of Fire. It was a nice, short hike, but apparently we missed a lot while we were there. We also visited the Pinball Hall of Fame before our flight back, and it was so much fun to be able to play something from different eras! Our favorite was probably the older foosball games! I’m pretty sure I was sore from laughing so much.

I am about to head back to work after my much needed break and looking forward to seeing my friends again and working with a fresh perspective.
